The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Michael Atmore, KE6DKU

There were seven member Clubs Represented. Balloting for new Offilcers was conducted:

Elected new Officers of SBSCC for 2002 -2003 year

Marvin Johnston, KE6HTS, Chairman

Lloyd Oleson, KE6BBP, Vice Chairman

Michael Atmore, KE6DKU, Secretary,Treasurer

Discussion on the possibilities of incorporation

Discussion on promoting and building a more effective organization

Discussion on promoting a section Hamfest

The next meeting will be held on February 8th 2003 in Ventura.
